Chef Heman's Blackened Sea Buckthorn Scallop

Portion: Serves 2-3
Sea Buckthorn Seasoning Rubs Ingredients:
- MunoBio Ground Dried Sea Buckthorn Berries Powder 20 gm
- Mixed herbs 1 gm
- Chicken Powder 5 gm
- Sea salt 5gm
Other ingredients:
- Scallop, 8-10 nos.
Preparation:
1. Mix all the ingredients for the Sea Buckthorn seasoning rub and shake well.
2. Wash & dry all the Scallop
3. Season the Scallop with the Sea buckthorn seasoning rub
4. Heat up pan and pan-sear the scallop till done
5. Once done, garnish with Micro Cress & serve hot.
